Quality Policy

Traning Policy

At Sky International, we understand the significance of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. We have designed comprehensive practical and theoretical training programs for employees in different departments. We provide regular training sessions to all employees with the aim of streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. Additionally, we routinely assess employees' skills and competencies using a Matrix Skill and Competence Skills evaluation framework. This assessment helps us identify areas for improvement and tailor our training programs accordingly.

Health & Safety Policy

We believe our team is our biggest asset and to ensure their health and safety, we have a stringent policy. We have developed practices to create a hazard free and accident free working environment. Systems like fume arrestor and ETP plant for zero discharge of water make the processes friendly to the humans. We implement an Health & Saftey System in all our production plants. And our senior expert teach this system to worker and inform all instrument about health and safety how to implement various instrument on various situations. A top priority for us is the health and safety of our employees and associates.
